Who is Charlotte?
Charlotte Verhaert has a passion to connect people, grow talent within the organization and improve performance. She is a Certified High Performance Coach (CHPC) and has masters in Criminology, Management & Communication.

Charlotte is a respected leader within sales, operations and customer service across different countries for more than 15 years. She has experience in start-ups, company mergers and was a member of the board of directors in Belgium. She worked in global companies where she created new teams, implemented strategies and held P&L responsibility.
Charlotte played an instrumental role in improving customer loyalty to the brand by developing and implementing process enhancements and rooting out inefficiencies. She has a very driven commercial mindset with the customer at heart of everything. A natural leader and coach, who creates a strong team from independent individuals with emotional intelligence and a recognition-rich environment.

Sean is my husband and soulmate, a man full of humour, who taught me happiness comes within yourself.
We are an international family. I am born in Belgium and my husband is English. We met while working in Andalucia, South of Spain. We worked and lived in London, Antwerp and Copenhagen. In the past years, we settled with our family in the vibrant city of Dubai.
