Charlotte is a multilingual Leadership Development Consultant with many years of experience managing teams, mostly at times of great organisational change.
She helps organisations in the region to develop their people to improve business efficiency, by delivering bespoke training and consultancy solutions based on personalized requirements, practical industry experience and a humancentred approach.
She worked across different countries and continents for more than 15 years, providing an excellent awareness of cultural diversity and complexity. She has experience in start-ups, company mergers and was member of the board of directors in Belgium. She understands the rules of the boardroom.

Charlotte has a passion to connect people, grow talent within the organization and improve performance via process excellence analysis. She is a Certified Coach (High Performance Coaching, Human Synergistics) and has a Master in Criminology and Postmaster in Management & Communication.

Meet the C-treat Team
Amélie Buysschaert- De SmedtEducation & personal well-being have always been my drivers in life. Early in my career as Secondary High School Teacher I realized that the well-being of my pupils was the key for their personal growth. Since then, I’ve never been able to let it go.
I launched my project mAmélie in Personal Guidance and Coaching this year. While caring for our 4 young children over the last years, I have been able to create my own authentic path in peace. Books, workshops, trainings and time have brought it all together. I concentrate my work on well-being, empowerment & person- centred coaching on a deeper level. I believe that I can be the guiding hand for lifting other people up, through a range of tools to discover, accept, align and to find profound respect and self-love.

Carrie MacNeilOriginally Carrie's career begins in Education. She taught in International schools and language institutions in South Korea, Hong Kong and England before taking time to focus on raising their children and managing their expat family life.
They moved a lot in their first few years as a young family, providing her with wonderful cultural and educational experiences. As she grew roots in Dubai, she combined her passion for learning, teaching, and wellness by training as a Yoga and Pilates and Barre Instructor. She is a certified instructor, and her passion is to see her yogi’s grow and feel better.
